Tract A and the southern portion of the original Tract B from the prior offering of Clanton Farms, LLC land in the Mechanicsville area of Darlington County, are under contract. This is the revised offering for the remaining land.

On behalf of Clanton Farms, LLC, we are offering for sale two contiguous tracts of land in the Mechanicsville area of Darlington County. They are located north of Highway 34 at approximately 500 North Charleston Road on both sides. Coordinates are 34.3594,- 79.7590. Location map above. The property is divided into Tracts B and C, as shown on the aerial map.

 

Tracts B and C are portions of Tax Parcels 213-00-01-030, and contain approximately 53 and 150 acres respectively. Each tract is described in more detail below, with reference to the aerial map. The information provided herein is believed to be substantially accurate, but is not guaranteed.

The list price of Tract B is $140,000.

The list price of Tract C is $450,000.

 

TRACT B

There are approximately 24 acres of field. There are approximately 20 acres of merchantable timber on the north end. The estimated tons of merchantable pine timber are listed below, for information only. Properly marketed, this timber has an estimated value of approximately $20,000.
