They are located north of Highway 34 at approximately 500 North Charleston Road on both sides. Coordinates are 34.3594,- 79.7590. Location map above. The property is divided into Tracts B and C, as shown on the aerial map.

 

Tracts B and C are portions of Tax Parcels 213-00-01-030, and contain approximately 53 and 150 acres respectively. Each tract is described in more detail below, with reference to the aerial map. The information provided herein is believed to be substantially accurate, but is not guaranteed.
